This challenge asked writers to dust off their oldest stories. Taking the instruction literally; Afternoon Tea for Two Would Be Lovers, first published 2013. The question is will they have their cake and eat it?
The closest similar story comes from Emily Wilcox. Light-Year Lovers a gorgeous story of two entities that I would never have considered to be lovers. Emily tells their ultra long-distance love story in a way that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy.
